Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only at the sole discretion of the booking service provider or payment platform through which the ticket was purchased.

Sri Senthilvel Theatre does not independently approve, process, or guarantee refunds for online payment.

Where applicable, refund decisions may be made by the payment provider in situations such as:

  • Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error.

  • Payment successfully debited but the booking was not confirmed due to a technical failure.

  • Other exceptional circumstances, subject to the booking provider’s policies and review.

The decision of the booking provider regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by the booking provider, the amount will generally be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

The processing time depends on the respective payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or UPI provider and may typically take 5–7 business days, although actual timelines may vary.

Sri Senthilvel Theatre is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions after a refund has been initiated.

Food & Beverage Orders

Food and beverage purchases are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been prepared or served.

Refunds for food and beverage orders, if any, will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of theatre management.
